1. The event that I chose from my past for my TELL project is when I got arrested. I chose this event because it illustrates how I got into bad things while I was in high school and how it was a huge wake up call for me. It made me realize what could happen to me if I continued the lifestyle that I was living. So I decided to get out of what I was doing before I graduated and went to college, or so I thought.
2. The event that I chose from my present time at college was meeting my girlfriend, Annie. This event has changed me as a person forever because the first semester at college I had horrible grades and was still into the bad things that caused me to get arrested in the past. When I met her, she liked me because I was a 'bad' kid that didn't care too much about school. However, nobody could ever see themselves in the future with a person like that, it is usually just a crush or something non-serious. The more we talked and got to know each other the closer we got, and eventually shared literally everything with each other. We eventually got on the topic of drugs and cigarretes, which lead to an emotional conversation about how it was an issue. Eventually it lead to me doing no more drugs, no smoking cigarettes, and doing a lot better in school.
3. The future part of my TELL project is still a little blurry. As of now I would like to wrrite about my girlfriend and I both graduating college and getting jobs. Then when enough money is saved, moving to California because I always wanted to go/live there. I would like to have a family of my own as well.
